Before anyone gets too excited, I suggest a trip over to your local Home Depot to see exactly what this material is. It is not a rigid product. It's flexible foam rubber that is intended to deform between the bottom edge of the garage door and the slab. Its sole purpose is to seal uneven gaps if there is differential settlement across the door opening.<p>Don't let the hammer in the picture fool you.
