Making it look OEM is going to be very tough! I would take the left piece that has the hole, to a drafting engineer and have them take a 3-D scan of it. Then have the scan reversed. Viola, you now have the 3-D image of what you need. Now all you have to do is have that piece made. I bet it would cost in excess of 300.00 just for the time for R&D. Then you have the cost of manufacturing the piece. Total cost would be north of 500.00 if you want it done right! I think it would look GREAT! Then after all of you efferts, sell one to me!

Well being that you are an engineer, I am sure you are a step ahead of most of us who might try to do a hack job on the bumper ourselves. The easiest thing would be to make a template and see if you can reverse it for the opposite side. If you measure it to be in the same spot, and just sand the edges smooth and slightly repaint around where it was sanded it could come out ok.

I agree it would turn out OK. But OK is not OK for a 40 plus thousand dollar car. It would look great on a Ford though.

Definitely make a template of the left pattern and mirror it for the opposing side. Using chalk, you might be able to use a certain dremel bit. I don't know what you would do for a finishing operation in order to remove the roughness.

Not exactly cheap but the original is $2,399. Still does not cover the cut out though. (no pun intended)

If IPD wants to sell some of those dual outlets, they SHOULD MAKE the right cut out for us. Who ever heard of an exhaust upgrade that did not fit the applicable car without a major modification!

The sides MIGHT not be exact mirror images of each other. Seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some minor fit differences.
The best way I can see to do it would be to do use a wax paper template to get the positioning right (just flip the paper over after tracing the hole and relevant body lines, edges) then use that to cut the hole. The edges of the hole will be too thin looking (not turned in like the L side), so you'll have to have a body shop person use some bondo type stuff to recreate the lip. Shouldn't be too hard.
Beware though: The covers are not sold individually. In order to get one of those pop out pieces you have to buy the entire rear sport kit part.
