Why no headlight wiper plugs?

Do a search. There is a company in Europe who sells them. Roughly $85.00USD shipped I believe.

Thats the compnay. The plugs pictured are for the S60 bumper, but that is the correct part for the R bumper.

At those prices, it was cheaper to replace my vandalized wipers.

Here are mine on my 2000 V70R
Since this picture I permantly mounted them so now they sit flush.
Here they were just double sided taped on:
The reason the little tab is still there under the light is if I remove it, the next owner could never put the wipers back if they chose to so so.
It has to be permanently cut off
