Hi All,

it seems a few of you ended up having your exhaust shops cut/fab new exhaust flanges for larger piping when you did your custom exhausts/resonator deletes.

To be clear, I'm talking about the flange that bolts the resonator and the rest of the system to the cat/downpipe assembly.

Does anyone have the dimensions of the new flange? I would think if someone were to make up a batch of five or so they would all find new homes quickly!

Someone mentioned cutting a flange on a waterjet at one point, but the cost was high as it was a production run of a single unit.

Do we all agree that 2.5" duals coming back off the cat is the way to go (regardless of resonator/no resonator)?

I ordered a gasket and just went to a local guy with a waterjet. Cost me a small fortune and took the guy forever to do it. I won't use him again but he said if I need more now that he's drawn the file he can cut them cheap (just might take him 6 months to get around to it).
