Any idea what this may be? It gets quieter as the car warms up and is coming from the engine compartment. I'm not sure where exactly from though. I doesn't really sound like a heat sheild rattle, but I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks.

Is it a new noise or one thats been there awhile??<p>If its not a new noise then it most likely is you turbo spooling up. I would guess.

<br>Cold Weather Catalytic Warmer - normal if whistling goes away when engine warms up some.
