So, <A HREF="http://www.ipdusa.com/product.asp?P_ID=1062&V_ID=2056&strPageHistory=basket" TARGET="_blank">IPD has 2 filters listed for the S60</A> and I want to make sure I'm getting the right one. I've looked at the one on my car, and it's shorter than the one that was on my 850, but that doesn't mean some yahoo didn't replace it with the wrong one at some point in the past...<p>Anyway, IPD says the cutoff chassis number is #18763. But, from what I can tell, my car has a 6-digit chassis number... <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/confused.gif" BORDER="0"> Anyone happen to know what the score is?<p>Thanks!

Alright, thanks. I'll take another look and take some measurements and see what's-what.

So, I've definitely got the shorter fuel filter, but it looks like there's plenty of room there! Anyone know what the deal is? <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/confused.gif" BORDER="0"><p><A HREF="http://lh4.ggpht.com/_eE0yNOema1A/SeEDVIFqwQI/AAAAAAAAAr4/ewRBDHJF4Ws/s800/IMG_1474.JPG" TARGET="_blank"><IMG SRC="http://lh4.ggpht.com/_eE0yNOema1A/SeEDVIFqwQI/AAAAAAAAAr4/ewRBDHJF4Ws/s400/IMG_1474.JPG" BORDER="0"></A>

Re: (StarmanDXE)

Based on your pic, I am guessing your VIN also confirmed that you are correct with your short fuel filter decision?

Only if you were right in assuming that it's supposed to be #<b>0</b>18763. (I really should email them about that...)
