I'm leaning towards the EST cat-back (seems to be identical to BSR). 2x2 inch pipes means more flow than IPD's single 2.5 inch pipe.
Feel free to add your own options. Thanks for playing!

well, im lucky where im at...we have a local mennonite exhaust shop and these guys are damn good at what they do, and dirt cheap. they are very popular now. i actually got a rough estimate when i called a couple days ago.
for a downpipe-back system, including 3" high-flow cat, and 3" magnaflow muffler (still fairly quiet), it will be around 250-260.
i dont think anyone can touch that price.
still, any local custom exhaust shop will do it cheaper than the dealer or some "name brand" system. its the rule of

all of the S60 exhausts are incredibly over priced which is why I voted just having a muffler shop make you a custom one. Depending on your configuration you can get nearly any tone desired as well as the hp gains of the $1000+ systems they sell.

Re: (Heimpel)

I just had one made last week for me. $350 installed, which consists of 3" from the cat back to a magnaflow muffler in the back, then a magnaflow res. tip. It sounds great, as I was a little worried that it would be too loud without a center resonator. I wasn't expecting much power, but it is VERY noticible on the top end, you can actually tell that the engine wants more but the computer is stopping the boost, because you can feel the boost go on and off. ECU here I come! By the way, I do have another magnaflow muffler that I am not using, so if anyone is interested...

What I meant by warranty would be, if the exhaust rattles or breaks will they fix it free, etc.
