can anyone direct me how to access the 12V switched Fuse tht runs the acc and radio????

owners manual for 06 S60R, i got the link from the launch point at the top of the R forum. the list of fuses should be in there

There is a fuse box next to the steering column, just above the clutch pedal(if you have one)

Yup. Take off that bottom panel.
