Re: Where can I find V50 T5 AWD Exhaust, downpipe, cat (CustomT5)

Go custom, it would be way cheaper. Find a local shop that has good reviews and you can get turbo back 3" exhaust for the cost of just the Heico setup new.
My local shop that I have been referred to by people I trust quoted me at $500-800 for a 3" mandrel turbo back.

I like the sound from my Evolve catback. I have an ATP downpipe because I have FWD, though. Check eurosporttuning too. http://www.eurosporttuning.ca/...50-en
A guy on here named phuz was looking into making AWD S40 dps a while back. The topic died in March, though.
http://forums.swedespeed.com/zerothread?id=108315

That sounds like it's too good to be true! Is that just a mild steel (not stainless) w/o any ceramic coating? I'd love more info on that cuz I'd drive to SLC for that price... Maybe get some riding in too

Re: Where can I find V50 T5 AWD Exhaust, downpipe, cat (hektikV50)

Im replied. No the shop is reputable, and I believe it was stainless, but not ceramic coated. I do have a different place that powder and ceramic coats that I guess in theory could have the exhaust made, removed to be coated, then reinstall myself or have them do it. I've been uber broke the past couple months so I haven't looked into it more. I figure even if it was $1500 in the end, it is still cheaper than $1100 for the AWD downpipe, $1000 for the Heico exhaust (which I already have), etc.

Haha.. Thanks. I'm so impatient sometimes
Keep us posted on what you come up with. If they can do it for those prices I'd be more than willing to plan a snowboarding trip

Good thinking! That would be awesome planning a snowboarding trip around an exhaust install. I'm hoping to have my finances in better order soon so I will be looking more seriously into it so I will keep ya updated, and if I forget (which is likely to happen, lol) just remind me.

Mosdef. I'll come up with some kind of excuse to rally out there and get some pow and if it's not the car then I'll be sure to remind you before I leave!
