It depends on the year. Mine is 261hp/258torque. 2000 V70R

'98 V70R AWDs had 236 hp.

ipd's chip takes it to 285 but it mentions that a different torque converter is needed. They offer a 270hp limited torque chip. ipd also mentions that "Sport mode must always be engaged in AWD "R" models to reduce torque convereter overheating."
