Pretty sure V70R front bumper is different from S60R front bumper - this is why they had issues with the first Bell Intercoolers produced. They designed it using a V70R as a test dummy, then had issues fitting the same kit to S (mainly because of chassis differences, but believe those chassis differences flowed into the bumper as well)

Rear anti-roll bar on V70R is 2mm thicker (25 vs 23mm I believe). It is completely compatible on the S60R, a stealth upgrade indistiguishable by a dealer and a 25mm rear bar was/is sold as the "stage 1 upgrade" by ipd. If you can find a V70R owner who has upgraded their bar, good opportunity to pick up their stock one cheap.
Headlights and foglights are the same.
Aftermarket exhausts are different, V70Rs exhausts need to have an extra 2" in length (note there is a corresponding 2" of extra leg room you get with a longer exhaust).

For '04 & '05, the rear bars are 20mm and 21mm, respectively.
You can get the 25mm bar by itself from IPD (which is the V70R "Neutral Handling" bar) and add it to the SR for a nice difference. I left the stock 23.5mm front bar on and added the 25mm rear bar only - really helps with the under-steer.

READ the replies. The bodies are the same from the B pillar FORWARD. The V is TWO INCHES LONGER. The rear bumper/apron is different also.
