German Castrol 0W30, because based on readings on bobistheoilguy.com and other forums, it is basically the best oil you can actually get in a store (read not some $12/qt exotic Amsoil, Motul, Redline etc.) Its a 30 weight but borderline 40 so it'll give good protection, and doesn't sheer much compared to most common synthetics. Also the 0 weight reduces wear at startup.
It's called German Castrol because its made in Germany, but it's available in US stores. When you get the $28 for 5 quarts deal at Pep Boys the price becomes CHEAP and for seriously good oil!
Another good readily available oil is Rotella T6 5w40, a "diesel" oil but also rated for gas and commonly used in turbo cars like these. It also is a robust oil that doesn't sheer much etc.
