it's at all speeds, and just gets progressively louder and faster as speed rises. I see evidence of tire rub on the lower left front spring, but none of the control arm/tie-rod/etc, look bad. It doesn't happen over bumps, turns, it's just there, like a rhythmic thumping that happens with the turning of the wheel. I thought at first I had a flat, but the tire/wheel looked fine.
anyone have ANY clues on how to attack this suspension(?) problem, it'd be greatly appreciated.
this gets crazier.. so I took the car up to 70mph over the weekend, and the thump completely disappeared. my car is possessed. It's time to get a Saab.
It's time to take your car to a qualified mechanic.
