Why? You'll only be decreasing the light output.
The answer to your question is D2R, it's in the manual.
Update: updated to R.

Isn't it going to cost just as much to put another set of HID's in as getting the Euro lights?

No, you can just buy some d2r's off ebay that are made in japan that will have some crazy color output....I've seen ones as high as 30,000k....they looked like black-lights....the highest I would go is the 6000k Philips Ultinon...Still OEM quality and reliability, but gives more of a purple color output, and chances are you'd still be under the radar of the police with the color of the lights.

Don't listen to what anyone says and do what you want.
Except that they're right.
If your goal is to make them a different color, than that will work. If, however, you are after more light, you're wasting your money.
The people here are actually trying to tell you not to spend your money if you're trying to make the light output better. They're actually looking out for you, not ridiculing you.

= :screwy aka something that doesnt make sense. like the garbage than HID vendors sell claiming they are better than stock when they are really cheap, overpriced pieces of garbage. HID bulbs made in japan or korea wholesale for 40 bucks or less a bulb and sell for much more under the premise that the bluer the bulb the brighter it is.
=! stupid/not so nice guy
although after your reaction and justification......
