I had rusty evolve tips after this winter... I used a scraper-sponge (the kind for dishes) on the tips and it got all the rust off, but slightly scraped the finish of the tips. I'm confident that metal polish will get them looking great again, and it's a lot cheaper than tips + welding.

I'm assuming you don't have calipers or you'd already have measured it yourself, so wrap a string around the pipe then measure it... that's your C.

C=D*pi

Solve for Diameter.

Make sure you do the solution prior to the
or it may just come out all wrong.

Re: What is the inlet size on the rusty EVOLVE tips? Want to replace them... (Percy311)

Very interested on what you find out since mine are rusting too and i want to replace them. I am looking into purchasing some quad tips but just need to know the inlet size first and whether they would even fit with the dynamic trim kit.
