Curious as....mine has oil comming out of the silicone couplers within about 10k miles.
Its amsoil 10-30 or 5-30. Its only on the upper piping, but not at the intercooler ends.
My OTE pipe is just coated in oil, not heavy or dripping.
Its comming out of the IAT sensor port, and the OTE to Bell FMIC piping to the passenger side of the intercooler.
Its even seeping out of the boost T for the Blitz/Aquamist gauge.

Lastly, the inside of the piping going to the Passenger side intercooler.

Doesn't look like a reasonable amount of oil to me. I do not get that much oil in the piping on my car. Clean up those pipes/connection points. It might be slick enough that under boost you're likely to pop a connection off.

Yeah, this looks no bueno. I'd say you need to clean the PCV, but I'd only say it because its the latest buzz word.

Check for any oil seepage at the dipstick tube. Also under the engine for any leaks. This is what was happening to me until I had the PCV oil trap and tubes cleaned/replaced. See my thread on Engine seal and clutch at 66K. No drips in the garage last night after the repairs.

Re: (rbodor3)

Its your turbo. Uses engine oil to cool it down. Seals are probably shot and oil is blowing by.
I guess it could also be from your engine oil breather?

How much oil are you consuming between oil changes? As some have said the turbo will blow some oil down the intake especially at high RPMs. My plumbing is all stock, but ther is certainly a film of oil on everything that to someone not used to a turbo system would find very alarming.
