We are the only ones that dont have a topic like this on Swedespeed.
Keep those updates and pictures coming please. Dump it here. I know the P3 owners are slowly fading-out but please dont give up.

Keep that 70-P3 alive and show the world that you still own the coolest VOLVO on the block. I for sure dont upgrade to SPA in the near future. That P3 is so manly looking its not funny anymore. It almost scares me and I am afraid of nothing.

Yes because you quoted me a long time in your post Sometimes I say it again.

I like the polestar-look of it but I think it's too pronounced somehow and all styling things that are overpronounced makes me think an 18 year old styled it.
The guy was 17!

Not today but last week I fitted the V60 Strut Brace (thanks to seeing it on this forum). Bilstein B6 front shocks with Genuine R-Design Springs as well as all new top mounts and bearings. I also fitted new Black Diamond Predator Disc and pads on the front brakes. When my back has recovered, I'll be doing the same on the rears.

I'd love to include pics but struggling with this forum currently. I wont pay for imageshack/photobucket etc, don't have tapatalk which seems to be an alternative and it seems you need 100 posts before being allowed to upload to the forum. Any suggestions as to other ways of uploading photo's are welcome.

The sore back is from working on the drive, constantly being bent other and trying to get under the wheel arches. It takes a long time to compress springs using my ancient spring compressors and as I'd ordered all new parts to use except for a rubber gasket that sits between the spring and the bearing, I had to take the old struts apart in order to build the new ones.

I also changed the pipes on the EGR - Intake tube for do88 silicon pipes. They were the last ones so they are all d088 now.

Photos of the Jetex Full Stainless Steel Performance Exhaust system I fitted a few weeks ago with a before and after shot of the rear. It always annoyed me that Volvo never offered mudflaps on the R-Design versions so I've gone for a T6 standard rear lower bumper and fitted mudflaps. Parking sensors have been sourced and will be fitted in a week or 2.

Finally got the latest upgrade installed. Now to get the software download to get it working.
