So i took them out and changed the shocks and struts i bought some kyb brand. the ride is better but now i seem to hear noise when i hit bumps like maybe tire is loose but it isnt. i inspected the car and seen my driver side sway bar was bent so i changed that but still the noise. what other parts should i look at? car is 07 has 65k miles

This is not the sway bar. These are front end-links that connects to the anti sway bar. You must have hit something pretty hard to bent it that way. I'm surprised you didn't feel it because it possibly would have given you a weird steering feel during turns.

Yes I've had suspension noise nice I lowered too. It's hard to isolate and it won't take much for something to squeak under lowering conditions.
