It will cost you at least 100~150 a piece to get it back to the original polish look from Fiske.

If you ask me, I think the guy was trying to cover some very bad blemishes...that could be why he painted it w/ the ugly paint the first place.

I mean...seriously, if you want black color wheels, you wouldn't go out and spend the money and buy a set of high polished Fiske wheels and spray them with low grade paint once you bought them.

Just my 0.02..

I'm with Kai if he had the money to buy the rims why not have then professional painted ?Instead it looks like he bought a 99 cent can of paint and did it himself.I wonder if he acid washed them to try to remove the brake dust and ruined the finish ? Something is fishy.

I see right on the invoice where fiske did the anodizing.

and they sure look shiny on the car in the pics. maybe they are just dirty in the pics?

BUT WILL THEY bolt up to a 1997 850R or not guys????

I think they should, if you can't be sure, just call TireRack and ask them.

I still wouldn't care if that receipt is real or not....the finish is nasty!!! You know very well, they don't look good at all.

If you think spending additional $400~$500 after you buy the whole set for $425 is worth it...then by all means, just ask the TireRack experts or IPD
