Offically been a year now...56k deadly!!

Went over to Sweden and Germany last July and have had the car for a year now (besides the time to have it shipped over). Just under 15,000 miles and I am still happy with it. Took a few pics for her birthday. Still lookin' good. I had to resize all of them so they are alittle distorted but better that than GIANT pictures (yes they are still big but still)<p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00102.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00082.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00072.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00062.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00052.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00042.jpg" BORDER="0"><p><IMG SRC="http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b100/bigtomhammer/Picture00092.jpg" BORDER="0"><p>The last one is the hood. Still shines like new (except when I scrached it with a box but that is another story)<p>Tom

Our 2004 2.5 AWD has 30,000 and it still drives like new, and I'm still very high on the "small" motor and that beautiful flat torque curve. My need for speed is satisfied in cars that handle as well as they go fast, and the 2.5 is quite frankly all the XC90 needs. <p>Yeah, a little straight line grunt could be used on occasions, but hardly. I am still quite impressed with the 2.5. Towing would be the only real rationalization. <IMG NAME="icon" SRC="http://www.vwvortex.com/vwbb/cool.gif" BORDER="0"> <p>Regards, Mr. P
