Unlike the other two above me, I only an a pauper and only have 1 Volvo to add. 
If the final location is anywhere with a reasonable distance, I'd probably be down for this.

I think collectively I can assemble 40 Volvo people/volvos. Some of those households have more cars but there aren't enough drivers to bring them all. I have 7 but only 4 drivers for example. 40 is the head count of volvo & driver should everyone local be able to participate.

Exactly. If I count running and registered cars it easily 70+ since all these Volvo friends and families have a couple extra cars.

Columbia Hydropower will happily supply a 4K GoPro and AWD R can supply a drone (once its S60R and drone are both fixed

I'm in depending on location and date. Northeast, upper midwest or very coastal. We should ideally look at demographics to yield the largest concentration.
