So, I went to Japan back in May and basically took a picture of all of the Volvos I saw (and could actually get a picture of). I have finally decided to sort through the ~1500 pictures I took, so here are all of the Volvo pictures (and a few other cars) in case anyone is interested (Click the big ol' picture below to get started.)

Re: Volvos of Japan (StarmanDXE)

Cool pictures. Makes me nostalgic for my trips to Japan. Re: "Here's some cool Nissan station wagon they sell there." That's a Nissan Stagea and it's really cool. Based off of the RWD Infiniti G35 (JDM Nissan Skyline) platform. If they sold it here it would've been definite competition for mt V70 when I bought it... Unfortunately they don't even sell in in Japan anymore, as it's been replaced by the Infiniti EX35 crossover (JDM Nissan Skyline Crossover)
The other car I really liked while in Japan was the last-generation Nissan Cube. It's much cooler than the new one released here, IMO.

Really? Dag. That does sound like quite the wagon! Glad you know so much more about the things than I do. Didn't really get to learn much about them or anything, but I did find the difference in cars to be quite interesting.
I think I saw one of those Nissan Cubes you're talking about, but it just lost the whole namesake with the redesign...
