Volvo has recently launched www.urbanlifesupport.co.uk, an extension of the successful Volvo S40 and V40 'Urban Life Support' sponsorship of cult C4 TV programme, ER.

Inspired by the 'Urban Life Support' theme, the new website is the brainchild of M Digital, the digital media arm of Mindshare, Volvo's media agency. It is designed to provide an on-line life management system for busy city dwellers, offering smart solutions for practical needs - the very essence of the Volvo S40 and V40 models.
www.urbanlifesupport.co.uk acts as a portal to a number of essential information sources for city living. By double clicking on the relevant word the user is taken straight to a linked website partner. For instance, 'shopping' links to pricerunner.com, while 'eating out' leads instantly to toptable.com.

For those travelling into and around UK cities, the website also links with the AA's online service and 'what's on' provides an essential guide to where to go around town. Other links include lastminute.com, thisislondon.com, news.telegraph, sports.com and femail.co.uk.

Of course, www.urbanlifesupport.co.uk also has a direct link with www.volvocars.co.uk where Internet users can browse the online showroom for the very latest information on Volvo's range of models, including the stars of the 'Urban Life Support' sponsorship, the S40 and V40.

Registered users can also benefit from special offers, competitions and discounts from many of the associated web sites. The campaign will run for three months and is expected to generate over 60 million page impressions.
