Hello All,

for dedicated individuals who enjoy working in a culture of support and exceptional
customer service.

Volvo Product Assistant

Reports to: Jason VanGorden, Volvo Product Manager
Classification: Non Exempt


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Volvo Product Manager in daily functions to include:
• Provide basic technical support to customers as well as associates
• Field Phone Calls and inquiries
• Field Live Chat Inquires
• Field Email requests and inquiries
• Expected to perform basic catalog updates
• Ability to field basic Youtube customer questions
• Expected to have an active involvement on brand related forums with a minimum of 1 post per day
• Expected to contribute to brand related blog posts
• Expected to resolve all open issues by days end and to notify Manager if there are any open issues if not.
• Expected to maintain a consistent positive attitude
• Expected to be highly motivated
• Must act with a sense of urgency
• Responsible to notify manager of any cataloging issues found on the website
• Expected to be self motivated
• Must exhibit solid communication skills
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Must possess strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
• Must have effective attention to detail skills
• Must have the ability to act calm and respond appropriately in a high pressure environment and situations.
• Must provide customer feedback to Manager
• Expected to identify trends based off of product requests and inquiries
