I thought so as well, but, checking the PN against the accessories catalogue shows its the same kit both cars. Happy to test fit if we can find a V50.

Did some vida research and it looks like the bars themselves are the same S40/V50, but the rear covers change for the wagon.

Yes, no s40 has cargo rails.
