Volvo has added pre-painted outside mirror covers, spoilers and trunk lids to the parts offering for many of its models. This action follows the very successful introduction of pre-painted bumpers for a wide range of its automobiles.
"Independent body repair shop operators were initially concerned about color matching, cost and availability of pre-painted bumpers," says Gerry Merritts, Business Development Specialist, Aftersales Business Department, VCNA in Rockleigh, NJ.
