How many hours should a Volvo dealership charge to install a fuel pump relay and a fuel pump
in a 2003 Volvo V70 T5?
I was charged 3.5 hours which I think was high, maybe 1.5 at the most.

Well, warranty pays 2.3 for this job, so 3.45 would be typical, round up and you get 3.5 hours

so you got a fuel pump replaced without paying for diagnosis or a FP test....not bad

Agreed, the actual install may have only taken 1.5-2hrs but there is the road test 30-45min so plus minus 3hrs
