Has anyone ordered a bodykit from myswedishparts.com? All the dealerships quoted me close to 1800$ for the bodykit and installed, is it this much at all dealerships?

I think with some time and patience, you could install it yourself...I also think I saw kits on ebaymotors through a dealer for $1300-1400ish

I painted and installed Volvo's kit myself. Installing it was easy except for the front piece, just took a bit of patience. If you want to try and tackle it yourself, maybe just get the kit painted at the bodyshop, and put it on yourself to save some money.

That is what I am going to do to save me a few bucks. It's best that you install the kit yourself and get more intimate with your car

Yeah I got intimate last night taking the bumper cover off and then pulling the bottom piece off so I could take it to be painted this morning....tough to do in the dark!

Dude, greencow, you PAINTED it yourself too???!!!??? Wow. I found a body kit for my girlfriend's car and wanted to put that bad boy on there, but I have no good paint shops around me. How did you do it yourself??
