Listed a charcoal leather arm rest on ebay. Haven't seen too many of these in good condition lately with the correct black 850 plastic. The leather is still clean and the cup holders are intact. $75 plus shipping.

This is a Leather Arm Rest for the center console of a Volvo 850. It's in great condition considering the age. Even the cup holders are intact. Note that this has the matching black plastic for an 850 instead of the much easier to find grey plastic from the similar newer x70 series cars.
