Can you confirm the pairing process completed on the car, but the app is waiting for something (the error..)?Hi all, my customer is struggling to pair her app to her 2022 XC40 Recharge and I was hoping someone in here could provide me with some insight because I'm stuck.
It has the Google infotainment system so to pair to the app you go to settings>profile>volvo on call devices>pair device.
It says she is all paired up and ready to go on the car but her app won't complete its half of the pairing process. See attached pictures below.
It gives this message and has been doing it for over a week.
Any body else having app connectivity issues?
