Tried again. It asked for sign-in and works now. It is Android and I didn't see any upgrade.

Android VoC got updated recently (5.23). I've disabled auto updates for the VoC app in Google Play to better note when funny things happen. No notice of funny things happening with this latest update.

App still incorrectly predicts hybrid battery charge state (non-ER T8) since version 5.16 (or was it 5.18?).
