Has anyone ordered parts from Viva Performance, I ordered a pedal set for my XC60 a month ago. Credit card was billed immediately and then nothing. I sent an email and phoned them still no answer. Is this a common problem or just a one off?

Thanks for speaking with me on chat today. There was a slight issue with a recent inbound shipment of parts. I was working on getting an ETA before reaching out to you. Rest assured we will be shipping what we have in stock tomorrow to you per our conversation. Slight mishaps happen from time to time and we deal with them accordingly. Cancelled order.

I received the first shipment of pedals and were as described, installed them relatively easy and love them. However, I have now received an email from Connor telling me the other pedal is 8 weeks away and as such, the order has been cancelled and my money for that pedal refunded. I am not impressed with the way Viva do business! To re-order, I will have to pay an increased cost as the Canadian dollar continues to fall and pay extra for the shipping of this single item which was already included in the original order. I purchased other products for my vehicle from other online stores and had no problems like this before. Believe me when I say NOT IMPRESSED...

Honestly man, you need to lighten up... Viva is not Amazon, it's a small specialist performance shop that is importing products that we would not normally be able to get at all. They have to place reasonably large orders at a time and it takes a while to figure out what to stock, especially with a generally non performance brand like Volvo. I was thrilled to be able to order the Heico suspension for my XC70 and waiting a couple of months was not that big of a deal. Now, you're not going to get your "other" pedal at all...

Had you read my post more clearly, you would have realized it was Viva who cancelled my order without either consulting me, or asking my permission, I was perfectly willing to have waited the eight weeks for the order to be filled.... Perhaps you should read posts clearly instead of making assumptions!

Hello, I'd love to be able to offer you a satisfactory outcome and "make things right". I believe Connor sent you an email last week, but we haven't seen a response back from you. Please send an email response if you'd still like to keep this order open as we await additional stock from Heico in Germany. I'll make sure to lock-in your previously paid price so you don't have exposure to the currency fluctuation between USD and CDN. I look forward to hearing from you.
