Greetings from Delaware USA ,

I am visiting Goteborg in April for the Volvo Museum. I ll be driving from Oslo, NO in the morning and spend all day in Goteborg.
I need suggestion for an inexpensive (cheap) rental car company in Oslo, Norway.
Any scenic route from Oslo to Goteborg ?
Once in Goteborg, other than the Volvo Museum, where should I visit ? Any good Volvo sightings ? Is torslandaverken open for public ??
