Vida dice adaptation help

So my Xc 90 needed a new throttle body I have the latest vida dice I have scanned for codes and cleared any codes that came up then I have have followed what the system tells me to do in regards to adapting the throttle body but when doing final steps if doesn’t seem to work does anyone have the same issue or experienced the same issue
I’m happy to organise a time if someone can remote login to my computer and fix the issue
