I was wondering. My xc60 is not completely going into sleep mode and draining my (4th) battery in 2 months. I can see at night my start stop button illuminating on and off (after sleep mode), indicating it is waking out of hibernation mode. The Question: is VIDA/DICE capable of identifying which modules are shut down during sleep mode? Does it show activity or non activity of each module?
No. VIDA/DICE shows Quiescent current average from last 10 (or maybe 24) hours, and additionally number of instances when quiescent current exceeded thresholds (100mA, 200 mA, 500mA, 1000mA, etc). No individual module energy consumption in VIDA.

Car Scanner ELM OBD2 app shows the Quiescent current average from last 10 hours, 12v battery %SOC and current, without further details of quiescent current thresholds.

VIDA screen in newer SPA platform:

What error codes are displayed in VIDA? Maybe a stuck door lock actuator, or keyless module issues? Besides, car should be locked while parked, keyfob stored far away from vehicle.

The BMS should be reset in VIDA when a new battery was installed. Disconnecting the BMS plug for 15 seconds is not enough.

EDIT: Your XC60 might qualify for this CEM update (long overdue):

How to read Volvo internal codes in the Quality Bulletin:

Volvo S60 II (134), S80 II (124), V60 I (155), V70 III (135), XC70 II (136), XC60I (156)

The XC60 is 156, production week: 201320-201336, VIN numbers: 0500000-0532535
There might be newer TSBs, so maybe just update to the latest CEM software at the dealer.

Lights and flasher trick works only in ignition II, when you press start for 4-5 seconds (all icons must light up on the tacho). But some model years will not blink the icon.

As for door locks - go around the car and check if all doors always close and open properly.

If VIDA/DICE is not available, vLinker Vgate MC+ bluetooth adapter (circa $40) will read error codes in more internal modules than standard elm327 adapters (it has access to MS/CAN network: door modules, SRS, aircon, DIM, trailer module, etc.). It will tell if BMS was properly reset and show the quiescent average measured by the car:

Yes. While still in the car, press the lock button on the driver's door (thus locking all doors from inside), then leave the vehicle normally through the driver's door and close it, then lock the driver's door with mechanical key (hidden in the FOB) from outside. This way all doors and boot will be locked but alarm will not be activated, so you can kill switch the 12V battery.
