I notice some vibration in the steering wheel when driving above 100kph. Mostly around 130kph+, it comes and goes while driving. I just had the front driver's side wheel bearing replaced and my mech. said the ball-joint should be replaced. Wondering if that could be it.

Are you using genuine Volvo wheels? If not, you need those spacers (sometimes called centre hub rings). If they are genuine wheels, get the weeks re-balance as previously suggested.<p>Karim.

They're stock 17" Canistos. I recently had my summer tires mounted. Perhaps that's the problem.
