This may sound a bit looney, but if you say activated a rear camera install using Vdash, does it then act exactly like it would if you paid a dealer to download the "application" that is referenced on the accesories page ?

Well I can confirm that the rear camera install works as it should - I picked the XCAN option, which seems to do the zoom, plus the reversing guidelines and does exactly what it says in the owners manual. Thank god, every bit of money I spent right up to that point was on a wing and a prayer !!
