If any of you read my earlier clutch failure thread, I finally got in touch with the service advisor of my local dealer after a week of phone tag. He essentially told me to go to hell, that there's no such thing as goodwill warranty work, and that it's not his problem. Fun.
So I'm trying to go up the ladder, but I was wondering if there was anyone at VCNA that I should specifically get in touch with. If anyone has had any contacts at VCNA whom they would recommend, I would greatly appreciate any contact info for them. I'm not sure how the whole process works (i.e. is there a regional rep I contact first), so any input is greatly appreciated.
