If any of you read my earlier clutch failure thread, I finally got in touch with the service advisor of my local dealer after a week of phone tag. He essentially told me to go to hell, that there's no such thing as goodwill warranty work, and that it's not his problem. Fun.<p>So I'm trying to go up the ladder, but I was wondering if there was anyone at VCNA that I should specifically get in touch with. If anyone has had any contacts at VCNA whom they would recommend, I would greatly appreciate any contact info for them. I'm not sure how the whole process works (i.e. is there a regional rep I contact first), so any input is greatly appreciated.
