If there is one, then it is probably a gray market car since it was never imported leagally anywhere in North America.

the V70R never came in the US under the colors of Classic Red, Cassis Metallic and Dark Blue Metallic.

I am not a fan of betting but I am willing to bet you on this one: "Cassis V70 R"...no way! The only model that ever came in the US, in Cassis Metallic, was the C70.

According to my Volvo Rep, only 750 of these wonderful cars were imported legally in the US and 700 of them were sold through Volvo Retailers. The car was available, in the U.S., in Silver Metallic, Black Paint and Venetian Red Metallic.

Invoice? I threw my papers away, but who cares?

MSRP (I think) was $42K and cgange with the Dolby system.
