My in-laws are trying to sell their 2001 V70 2.4 turbo wagon, it has only 46,800 miles on it, but we are running into a few road blocks prior to selling it. I recently had to replace the two low beam bulbs panel kept saying replace right bulb (bulb position failure), but they both went out at roughly the same time. After replacement it still reads bulb position failure. All lights are operative. Is there a reset for that as well, or do we have an issue somewhere in the electrical system.
Anyway, now we get the warning lamp red with the service reminder indicator, after browsing the owners manual, it states to perform the 7500 mile service. Is there a way to reset that with out going to the Volvo dealer ship. I am not very familiar with this Volvo, so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!!
