The tires have yet to rub, I have had them for over a year now. They definitely change the handling characteristics of the car. I hate going to my winter set for a few months but it makes me appreciate them all the more. As for the IPD exhaust. I have had a few problems with it. 1) It bangs the undercarriage when hitting a good size bump on the roadway. In all fairness to IPD it was installed incorrectly the first time and half the banging was due to that. Now that it has been removed and reinstalled, it only bangs half the time. It is definitely louder than stock. I like the sound but my wife does not, thus I bought her a Suburban. I just need to get the exhaust trim piece painted and installed, for the left side cut out. Who did the rotors? I am waiting for IPD to finish the testing for the 99my V70R they had said early June. We'll see!!
I also just had the IPD/TME exhaust installed on my 98 V70R. Definitely louder than I had expected...my wife hates it. And as stated earlier, the tips look bigger than in the photos...I'm always laughing at all the Hondas running around with their big a$$ tomato launching exhaust tips...when my wife looked at my exhaust, she laughed and said, "Hey, you have two tomato launchers." I'm having the exhaust adjusted tomorrow...it's hitting the subframe and the tips are not aligned. I hope the banging can be fixed. I'll see how long I can take the droning between 2k and 3k rpms...maybe thinking about getting the 2000 V70R dual exhaust.
