Not yet, but hope to soon. I may try and get one put in for a dyno day just to show the difference as the local UP rep will be there, but I have an AWD and I still need to figure out if it's "safe" to disable the haldex.
I posted what the Up rep told me for specs. I believe it was 255hp/278tq off the top of my head.

Yes, but that's what will keep warranty intact.
What happens if dealer goes to put in a re-write for a program update?
They can't access software and it's curtains for warranty from there.
Although this is a problem with say VW whom techs are always trying pad up bills by doing extra work.. they figure if the customer isn't paying, they won't mind when they tell them, "we did an upgrade to computer, no charge" and in most cases, they're right. I have not seen with Volvo dealers a tendency to do this. Actually quite the opposite, you have to go in and complain directly with symptoms regarding factory reflash program and then MAYBE, you'll get one done.
Up will reflash in the even the program get's written over.
Small inconvenience to go through to save waranty IMO.

This is why I hoped for non-flash over because Volvo seems to alway be updating stuff. However, if someone would come out with a Vag-Com type program that we can load/update on our laptops, it would be great so we could reflash ourselves.
