Just wanted to share my experiences with all of you on how I removed the Volvo OEM Upper Engine Bushing without using a arbor press or cutting it. Once the engine bracket is off the car, I placed the engine bracket horizontal on a vice that was mounted on a work bench. (when I say horizontal, I mean the bushing hole was pointed up and down, perpendicular to the flat of the work bench.) The vice was open enough where the bushing was not touching the vce, but only the side of the engine bracket that was resting on the vice, so the bushing has space to pop out. To make the job easier I also squirted PB Blaster penerating oil or what ever you have like WD 40 on the bushing laying flat on the vice. I would of let that soak in. Once the oil has time to set in, I took a Sears hard plastic hammer, so not to damage the bracket or the OEM bushing, I started hammering out the bushing. It took me like a good 10 minutes breaking a sweat, especially with the heat lately, to remove the bushing. I did not cut the OEM bushing, I hate seeing a perfectly good part go to waste. Anway here is the official Volvo documentation I got from the dealer on the instructions on how to remove the upper engine bracket, if you want it for future reference. This is also a good way to mount the OEM bushing back if you wanted to go back to OEM and you don't have a arbor press. Hope this helps.

P.S. Does anyone know the torque specs for the 2 bolts on each side of the stabilizer bar, where the bolts get bolted down to the engine compartment? If not, I guess I will call or visit the Volvo dealer.
