1998 V70XC installing new Volvo OE upper engine stabilizer mount torque bushing and new firewall torque rod mount. The Bracket that goes between the torque bushing and the firewall torque rod mount has slotted bolt hole at the stabilizer torque bushing end. Is there any procedure for adjustment on this end, does the engine need to be started and in gear with brake on or anything or does it just get tightened up in normal engine off position?
