1) Any recommended supplier?

2) Any problem with replacing the bushing with the engine out of the car? Any fit or alignment issues that result from doing that while the shell isn't full weighted?

If you want the correct application for each bushing to arrive on the first try go to ipd (not the cheapest).

You can install the new bushing anytime just don't fully tighten anything until the car is on all four wheels ready to roll. With a half tank of gas and the front seats occupied bounce the suspension gently then make the final torque on all fasteners with direct contact to any bushing.
