Doesn't look like it's coming from the return line. To me that looks totally normal - these turbos are always a little wet. That said, I can't tell you where it's coming from.

This is a normal leak. The PCV oil vapors from the top of the PVC box are returned via a tube that enters at the lower end of the fresh air tube to be re-burnt. The hot oil vapors cool down, return to liquid oil in the fresh air tube at the turbo. Over time the oil builds up and drains out thru a 1/8" hole on the aluminum part of the turbo. As you drive the air flow from the cooling fan and air flow directed from the splash pan will make this oil look just as in the picture.

Yeah, it didn't look like the return line was leaking to me either. I guess the feed line could be leaking at the banjo fittings, or as you say, it could be normal.

I cleaned it up and will monitor. Thanks.
