Just noticed this yesterday: when I open my trunklid it's now hitting the rear glass, hitting it pretty hard too. It's never done this before. Does that point to a busted strut or cylinder in the trunk hinge?

I would say no. I dont even have struts in my trunk but it still doesnt hit the window. It comes close but then hits a "stop" on the hinges".

Well, I'll have to bring it in this week and have them take a look. It's annoying as hell and I'm afraid I might crack the rear window one of these days.
