Treated the R to some Volvo OEM mudflaps...

I know many don't like them on the SR but I figured it would protect it from the bad weather we get up north....I think they look pretty good...I know after it rains they definately help keeping dirt, and other things from sticking to the lower black R molding...Here is a pic, not the best...

Total pic fail because of the angle. I dig mudflaps on SRs, FTR. Just wish I could see these
Have you thought of painting them quasi body-color? I think that would look good but for different reasons...

The factory body kit does a pretty good job as a mud flap on its own, front and rear.

Re: (enVious)

I have flaps on my VR and the rear ones don't fit right. Part numbers check out, but they aren't molded as well as the S60R ones appear to be.
Blurry, I like the way they look. You shouldn't have to apologize for wanting to protect your baby. and I say leave them black, since you have the black body moulding and rocker panel as well.

Re: (Papa_Kirlo)

Reason I didn't paint mine is so it matches the trimon my 04 R. As for the none OEM mudflaps, I didn't want to drill new holes; why create the possibility of rust starting by drilling...with the OEM you drill out the rivets install the mud flaps and you're done.
