My top engine mount must be replaced but before doing so I would like your opinion about using an original equipment or an after market part.

quick search for "engine mount" returns this one:
http://forums.swedespeed.com/zerothread?id=59722
Guess who the author is... Whatever you want. Aftermarket will provide a little vibration at idle but they're only 30 bucks and lifetime.
OEM is smoother costs about 100+ bucks (installed) and will require a new one every 50K or so.
It's up to you whether a small vibeation at idle will bother you or not.
It effects each car differently, some you can barely feel it, (vibration) some you can

No need to be offended Mr. Calvert as none was meant. It's just a part of definition of politeness, especially on the Internet - "respect other people's time", i.e. before asking people to spend their time helping you at least try to do your homework first, especially when you've already been told the answer. Forgetfulness is easily fixed by a search option, accessible via the link in topmost right corner of the page.
Best Regards

Oh, I guess that's why. It's 98 S70T5 and 99 S70(NA).
I stand corrected

Re: (d_man)

There are many differences between the '99 turbo and NA cars that were the same in '98.
